To share my time, talent, and treasure as naturally as a tree gives its shade, fruit, leaves and limbs.
Providing shelter, food, protection and oxygen: effortlessly.
If I ever forget who I am or think that I don't have enough to give.
I quickly notice these false thoughts and I remember how trees give without effort.
I give from this consciousness of generosity and ease, and I am richly blessed.
The tree does not worry whether its needs will be met.
It does not negotiate what it will get in return; it freely offers itself.
I root myself in this naturally prosperous way of being and generously share my gifts.
When you know who you truly are, there is an abiding alive sense of peace.
You could call it joy, because that is what joy is:
vibrantly alive peace.
It is the joy of knowing yourself as the very life essence before life takes on form.
That is the Joy of Being -- of being who you truly are.
I joyously claim the gifts of a new day.
I awaken to the precious light of a new day and to the expectancy of amazing gifts awaiting me.
For the gifts of this day, Lord, I give thanks.
Whatever is mine to give, let me give generously, mindful of the abundant Spirit of service and love within me.
Whatever is mine to receive, let me claim it gratefully, knowing I am worthy of all the good the Universe showers upon me.
Whatever is mine to learn, let me receive gently the understanding of Spirit with an open mind and heart.
Whatever is mine to forgive, let me allow the flow of healing Love to free me and to release any pain I hold.
At the end of this day, may my heart be filled, my hands emptied and my mind at rest. Amen.
The forgotten chakra, most people don't even know about it or realize it exists. Although there is an energy centre on both sides of the head, however, it is one complete chakra.
The Ear chakra is the seat of clairaudience. It processes what you hear. A healthy Ear chakra allows you to correctly process what has been said and focuses your attention on the person speaking, thus helping to reduce communication errors. It also opens the channel for spiritual hearing and medium skills and houses the desire for spiritual guidance. It is the source for all extrasensory communication.

Feeling alone or unloved can seem like living in a cold, dark cave.
Awakening to the ever-present light and love of God brings us out of that empty place into the brilliant, warm sunlight.
In prayer, relax into a willingness to accept the love of God.
Pray these words into your heart:
I let go of any thought of being unlovable or unworthy. I accept the love of God. I express the love of God. I AM the love of God!
Where there was once darkness, a light now shines.
These words of truth awaken the realization of a love you do not need to earn, a love that has been with you always.
You are, have been, and will always be enfolded in divine love, just for being you.
You are worthy.
You are loved!
Chyrsocolla is first and foremost a Stone of Communication. Its very essence is devoted to expression, empowerment and teaching. The serenity of its turquoise-blue color discharges negative energies, calms, and allows truth and inner wisdom to surface and be heard. A peaceful stone, it emphasizes the power our words and actions have on those around us, and encourages compassion and strengthening of character.
I release what no longer serves me.
My lungs have a finite capacity. To inhale more air, I must first exhale.
Breathing is a continuous process of receiving and releasing. It exemplifies the ongoing ebb and flow of life.
Exhaling and inhaling are essential to human life.
As I exhale, carbon dioxide is released, which sustains other life forms. I breathe out what no longer serves me so I can take in the life-giving oxygen I need.
All life is nourished by releasing the old and opening to the new.
Today, I contemplate what I am willing to release and what I am willing to embrace; what I am willing to give and what I am willing to receive.
I open to the ebb and flow of life.
